The kitchen/breakfast room is 22’ 4” x 16’ 1” (6.80m x 4.90m) with terracotta style ceramic tiles and an exposed beamed ceiling.

The units are solid oak with dark grey worktops. There are many cupboards and units, together with a feature glazed dresser in the same style.
